I snorkeled my foreman this past week this was my first time building a snorkel. I used 1.5 in pvc ran out and over the fender so I didn't have to cut my plastics. I ran all the vents blah blah blah. I tested it out today and it did fine deepest I went was over the plastic but under the racks. Never had a problem. I get home and I check the air box and there is water in the bottom. Air filter is dry and oil looked good. anyone know the cause?? Also I ran the pvc in the factory boot of the air box and tightened the hell out of the clamp. Thanks in advance
You need to seal everything. The boot in the air box needs taking out and sealing in, the airbox lid needs doing, also, did you remember to seal the drain plug/pipe on the bottom of the airbox?

I only used silicone on my airbox lid, everything else I used polyurethane adhesive sealant,, there are many different types and brands but as long as it's PE adhesive sealant it shouldn't leak. I wouldn't advise using it on anything you want to get open again easily, such as the airbox lid. It really does stick things well!!
