I have an 87 Fat Cat and have a bit of a predicament. I was riding over the weekend and as i was riding the drain plug fell out when i was on the trail. long story short the motor seized up and i'm either going to need a whole entire motor or just the top end. Since this is a rare bike i'm having a bit of trouble finding a motor for it. I was told that and XR200 or TRX200 is a direct swap. Can anyone confirm this or offer any other advice on what to do?

I'm not sure about the XR200, but the TRX200 won't work if you are talking about the Fourtrax 200 utility, they are shaft drive and have 10 gears, high and low, and are way to big.
