[99trx400ex]

right now my trx400ex has stock headers and muffler but im looking to upgrade both but im not sure what brand to go with. like alot of people (at least i think) i am on a budget if ya know what i mean. so what is a good brand to go with for headers and muffler that is great quality, good performance, but wont put too big of a dent in my wallet?? also what are some good sites, other than ebay, that have good prices?? im not one of those guys who has to have top notch everything head to toe i just want to rebuild my machine with aftermarket parts and have an all around good machine with power and speed and as ive said in other post i dont race this is just something i love i do it for fun and do a ton a jumping but still would like to have a nice top end speed.
im not totaly new to all of this, my machine is a 99 that i grew up riding and jumping and now im looking to make some upgrades and have a well rounded fourwheeler.

What about FMF or Big Gun?? cuz i originally had been looking at FMF, Big Gun, and HMF. do you know anything about the FMF mega and power bomb headers?? that is one of the things that turned me on to FMF and i have a good friend who has been racing for years and he swears up and down go Big Gun but idk if that just his opinion becuase its what he ran or if its actual a good brand and also do you knwo anything about the curtis sparks x-4 or x-6 full systems??

HMF are good brands but not that wallet friendly really love the sound of it though.

FMF is one of leaders in the industry. Get the power bomb headed and the 4.0 silencer and you will be loving life. Big gun makes solid products but I'm not a fan. Curtis Sparks makes one of the best sytems for the 400EX.

go on ebay I picked up my hmf slip on 4 a 125 bucks shipped. works great and saved alot of money. go with used stuff and save.

if i do got with the fmf power bomb header should i get the powercore 4 or the Q4 or will other brand mufflers fit the fmf header? i ask beacuse is other brands will fit it, whats a better muffler or should i go all fmf?

what would be better the full fmf system or a full curtis sparks x-6 system ??
