Cam gear marks are perfectly lined up when it's on the F but when I line it up with the T mark, one side of the cam mark can be seen but the other side is slightly buried. When I first started one cam mark was a quarter inch too high, it's better now but I can't get it perfect. One side is 1/8 inch too high. I tried to attach a picture but it tells me there's an error .
Will this affect it?

cam chain stretched would be my guess.

and you do not line up the fly wheel in the F mark !, only the T mark.
