I had a 1998 Honda FourTrax 300. with the ignition off and kill switch off when I hook up the battery it cranks over. Does anyone know why it,is doing this.
It has a new starter and a new starter solenoid

You put a cheap china solenoid on it more'n likely. China parts are garbage, only the wealthiest of folks can afford to buy them. You'll need to buy that solenoid again, genuine Honda this time.
