I have a 2011 420 FA. You have to love rats!!! So I had to replace the whole wire harness as well as split the case and replace the generator. I got it all put back together and now it is showing that it is 3rd when it’s in neutral and won’t start. Any ideas???

Yep, the gear position sensor/switch wasn’t aligned correctly when the rear case was fitted back on, turn it counter clockwise one full turn and see where that puts you.
