I put my extra key is a very safe place - wish I could remember where that is. What is the easiest way to get an extra key. Unfortunately I'm over an hour away from a dealer. Can I do it by mail or use another supplier?

My original key has a code - 1 letter and 2 numbers. Sorry for the simple question. Thanks

I would chat with a local Honda dealer about the issue and see where it goes.

As long as you have a key a locksmith should be able to order the blank and cut it, check eBay or Amazon for the blank even partzilla. No key, would require a trip to the dealer with the ownerahip

If you have the 3 digit code, a dealer can order you a cut key ready to go....i agree with both Alloutdoors , and Wsg, I'd contact the dealer, I'd get two keys....

The lock smith by me has the blanks in stock , and makes atv keys no problems ----the dealerships by me 10 years ago would cut a key from a code number off the ignition with a tool that looked like a fancy pair of pliers , but they all quit doing it for reasons unknown
