Tomorrow I'm going to get all the supplies needed to make a custom dual exhaust setup for my 250x.I'm gonna split the header right at the port and run it back each side of the engine/frame and have dual mufflers.It'll be like a dual system for a 450r from lte.I'll keep you updated.Gonna start tomorrow after work.:icon_ nana:

Sounds good bro man a 135 jet that's alot on a stock engine try about 126 or 128

I have since put a 130 in but I'm gonna drop it to a 125 if it's still to much with the new pipes.I'm gonna have to wait and see.

Well I got the tubing and have been working on it for a few hours.Wow is it a pain to make your own exhaust cores.Drill,drill,drill,and then drill some more.Still hoping to have it done by tomorrow night.I'll try to get some pics up tomorrow.

Well I ran into a problem.Since the 250 is so compact and it didn't come with dual exhaust I have nowhere to put the left side pipe.I quit for now.Need some thinking time.

Well I think your onto something there buddy you ahould be able to mirror the pipes and the brackets to hold them in place there really isn't anything in the way that I can recall? I need to look at mine and maybe two thinking caps can coe up with a solution.
