About a year ago a guy listed front and rear diffs for an 05-11 Foreman for $50 on ebay.

I jumped on them, thinking that price was each, and it was for both.

An added bonus was when they arrived, and the front diff still had a-arms, CVs, and brakes attached.

The diffs looked rough but just the brakes made the purchase a good one.

Last night I came across the rear diff in the shop, figured I'd open it up.

So do ya'll think this needs bearings or can I run it like it is?

all I see is a rebuild kit is in order !..lol.
I said ebay, but meant facebook.

Guy had "front and rear diffs for 500 foreman"

I asked if he'd ship, he said sure, $40, so would be $90 total.

I thought shipping was high, but then again I thought the $50 was EACH, not both, so I sent the money.

Got two huge boxes with front diff, CV's, brakes, and A-arms, and rear diff with both axle tubes and a swingarm (no axle or brake assembly, unfortunately).

Talk about your pleasant surprises, even with the rear diff needing a rebuild.
