I am havin truble getting the headpipe to fit into the exhaust port. looking at the flange around the end of the headpipe, it appears to be way too big to fit the port, but compared to he stock headpipe it is the same. Am I just being a sally and not pushong hard enough or did I get the wrong part?

I did end up getting it to fit. I was doing a little work to it before spring came around. I put the gas tank back on cause i had to seal that, the thing rusted out, but then the thing dtatrs leaking gas like a [email protected]#$!&@ sieve from around the fuel switch. it's probably just coroded, it was one i had sitting on an old 86 trx 250 chassis. Oh Well, more money to put into the f*^#^$. LOL.

DG's are not a quality part and they sound like a lawnmower.Get a good HMF or FMF or Curtis Sparks exhaust.

It's hard to get a 500 dollar FMF pipe when you're only working 15 hours a week, paying for a truck, and attending school. If i had the money, there are a whole bunch of stuff i woulf like to do to my quad. Maybe in the future though...
