Custom Rancher Snokel
Im tired of my atv cutting off on me while im mud boggin. I know i could buy a snorkle kit and have it installed, but i'd much rather save my money and make one. I have pvc pipes, hoses, waterproof tape and EVERYTHING i may need... Except for knowledge on my quad. I cant even clean a carb, i might be able to change brake pads. lol Is it a simple thing to do? What all needs to breathe?

You have to seal the airbox too.69, most of us know that our machines arent meant to be submarines, but its oh so fun!! so with that said muddman, I will try to send you a vid of my snorkel set up. I made it when I got my quad, and Ive had no problems with it. It cost me less than $40 for the whole deal, and Im like you. Not too savy on the whole mechanic'n thing so you do it at your own risk. But like 69 said, have to vent all the lines or else its pointless to have the snorkel. Get that vid to you asap.
