I did a search on the forums about crack repair and there has been lengthy discussion. I looked on Youtube ans saw a video of a guy that was repairing a Gator front clip. The gist of it was that he used some light wire hardware cloth and a heat gun. The finished repair looked great and I think that it will hold up. If anyone is interested do a search on Youtube for ATV fender repair and I'm sure you will find it.

Yes! Thanks. I looked at the comments and most said it was a great idea. I'm new to all this but I thought it was a better idea than zip ties or JB weld. I think it will hold. What do you guys think?

Looks like a pretty good repair technique... I've done plastic welding w/ a soldering iron on sport bike plastics and it held up pretty well... with the hardware cloth reinforcement... I think it should hold up pretty well on and ATV
