I am rebuilding a ex 400 I put in a new wiseco crank I timed it with the counter balancer put the casing back on and I was turning the crank and it has a rough spot in it it acts like in one spot it is binding with the counter balancer gear just in one spot has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it thanks

Havent heard anything good about wiseco cranks. Alot of them arent machined very well....sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

I put it on together started it it’s making a noise do you think it will quit making that noise after it breaks in or do I need to tear it back down

Well come to find out it was a defective wiseco crank thanks wiseco
