I got a 16 Honda rancher IRS with 27in Kenda Executioners. I'm thinking of a clutch kit for it cause when I drop off in some deep sticky mud it won't hardly turn em. I can't hardly tell a difference riding the trail tho. Anybody got any experience with clutch kits on a 2016

You don't need a clutch kit you need more horsepower. besides I'm not overly sure how the clutch kits work on the Electric shifts but I haven't heard of one.

welcome to the site
first off EX"s are a VERY heavy tire and they run short, so your 27's are more likley 26's if you measure them!
great tire, just very very heavy!

you'd be a LOT better off, getting lighter tires than a clutch kit, be a lot less work on your motor and trans

OR< do you atv a BIG favor and do a gear reduction
Honda ATV's are not big on hp and NOT made to turn BIG tires
yes they will, but your using a TON more throttle and wear and tear on things to run them on stock gearing!

a clutch kit will ONLY make your atv get to higher RPM's faster, its NOT going to make any more HP, so its NOT an answer to your tires NOT turning in the deep thick stuff!
a GR (gear reduction)
will, or lighter tires will or better YET, both!
