Okay may seem a bit odd but where I ride the mud and clay stick to the quad like glue. I wash the quad with soap and water, power spray careful around boots but can never get that perfect shine. A bit of dirt is really okay just want to know what specifically you guys do to keep our machines clean and mean.

Purple Power works the best IMO. Wash the heavy mud off then spray it on let it sit for a few min. then take a soft brush and scrub scrub scrub, spray it off let dry

Turtle wax F21 will bring the shine back to your plastic. Its the best ive found yet. I used the plastic renew kit on a old Forman. If you have the time and dont mind a little work you can make on look brand new. But it is alot of work. The oven cleaner will keep the mud from sticking but it sure is a dust magnet.

Oh and lemon pledge on the plastic used very sparingly
I've heard Pledge works good on the plastics, but I've never tried it.

The best thing I've found is LA's Totally Awesome. I get it at the Dollar Store or Dollar Tree. It's in the kitchen cleaning stuff. I don't even use the pressure washer on the quads. Just hose all the mud off and spray the quad down and wait 1 min and spray it off. Looks like new. It will melt the baked on mud that is on the engine and make it shine. plus it won't hurt any anything.I use it straight out of the bottle. This is the best cleaner I've ever found. Better then Purple Power and Simple grean. And it only cost a dollar and I get 2 cleanings per bottle.

And to keep it shining. I use tire shine on the whole quad. Just make sure u take the seat off. When I don't have that I use wd-40 and don't wipe it off or Pledge. Let the Pledge set on for about 5 minutes then wipe it off. Before a race I spray under the fenders with wd-40 It helps keep some of the mud off for a few laps then it's easier to clean. Believe me I'm Anal about the looks of his quad.

Lets see, I currently use purple power over simple green because its cheaper (smells better too).
I buy it by the gallon and dilute with water in a gallon sprayer i found at walmart, I think its used for spraying plant killer or somthing like that but it works very well. I do a quick once over with the power washer to break-up the big chunks, then I spray the purple power and wait a few minutes. Continue the power wash.
Once its all nice and clean I put it in the garage and clean up. Usually the next day I spray the top with tire shine and underneath with WD40.
