I took the carb apart and cleaning the jets. I have the main jet cleaned out can see all the way through it and used a torch tip cleaner to clean all the little holes out but on the small jet I have a question? Am I to see all the wat through this jet? Can't get anything through it. What else should I clean? The jets were dirty. This is my 250ex! Thanks

Wow that thing is clogged.Best to just buy a new pilot jet.They are only like $3.

Agreed what size is the slow jet your trying to clean? I have like 3 carbs for parts..lol

You can use the wire from a wire brush to clean it with. They work great.

Got it, cut the end of you torch cleaner at an angle and bored it out. The 250 running like new, might have to try that on the AT. Thanks

some carb cleaner..or wd-40..a straight wire from a wire brush..and alittle time..and it will unclogg,,,been there soooo many times..i remember my first 3 wheeler..made the mistake ..it was soooo gummed up..i drilled it out with a 1/16 drill bit..talk about it sucking alot of gas!!!!!..lmfao

Thats what I have always used is a wire from a brush. Works for me.
