hi i have a problem with my rincon 650. when i start the quad with the choke in full it wont go back down. any reasons why it don't want to go back down?????

Rpms or the choke its self?

sounds like a adj problem or cable problem

it is the choke problem not rpm because on occasion when i hit the choke hard it will drop to idle speed

The choke cable should be attached to the frame in couple spots and it sounds like the cable is loose at the carb and just springing back and not actully moving the butterfly in the carb.
