Anyone ever order from them? I did and Im not very happy with their service at all.

I ordered a few parts for my head light and some miscellaneous bolts and fasteners totaling around $45. I placed this order on September 6th and it is now Sept 14th. According to their site the items haven't even shipped. They say it ships within 3-5 days. So I write them two emails. One yesterday and One last Friday. No response what so ever. This is the first and last time I will ever order from them.

They are a middleman. i.e. when you order from them they order it from their distributor. They have good prices, but the delivery time will lag other vendors, so you always get what you pay for. If you need it now, find someone else. If you want the cheapest price, then you may have to wait for it.

I had no clue they were like that. If I knew and had read the reviews online I wouldn't have ordered from them. I think they should at least ship within 3-5 days though like they claim they do!

I think if you find the smallest of the small print, it will say 3-5 days for in stock items.

I ordered a starter relay from cheapcycleparts and it took a little over a week to get to me. I only use them for OEM parts that are harder to find.

thats what I ordered. OEM parts. Getting two new bulbs and the wiring for the headlights. and a few bolts and washers and plastic connectors for the body. Oh well I guess Ill just have to wait.

I had the same problem will not order from them again, if you need OEM parts try Yamaha of Troy they also sell Honda or try cycleparts wearhouse.com they are the cheapest

Well its been over a week for me. Hopefully they get here before Friday. I just wish I would get an update on their site or at least someone could answer an email. How can you ignore emails like that an expect to stay in business. Ridiculous.

I had the same situation before... took about 2 weeks for my stuff to come in.
Now i just order from my local dealer, and they match the price from cheapcycleparts.com, and the stuff comes in within 3 or 4 days... its a win-win

Same here ^^^. Mine actually took 1 day shy of 3 weeks, and the items were apparently "in stock". Like so many others, I will never order from them again cuz when I actually place an order, I need the parts sooner rather than later. I order most of my stuff now thru bikebandit.

Well checked today and saw that the order said it was starting to ship.

Im thinking Monday but hopefully Friday it gets here. Probably wont be able to track until tomorrow. But I think they ship out of Indiana right? Shouldnt take long from there.

Ok just tracked my order and its scheduled to deliver today. Im happy about that. But had they communicated with me and actually answered emails then I wouldnt have badmouthed them online. I still wont order from them again because of the lack of communication. 3 emails went unanswered.

From what I hear all the pundits preaching, a free market will always weed out the bad guys. That's what they say. I do think CCP should be more upfront with their policies, but when I ordered from them I got my parts and they were cheap.

I have said this before, and I think in this day and age we are spoiled by instant gradification of the internet. We want everything now now now and cheap cheap cheap.

The old adage has always proven true, you get what you pay for, and, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I think these guys are running on zero staff out of someones garage. That's my gut feeling. I don't think they are ignoring people as much as they have just bitten off more than they can chew. Is that right of them? No. The free market will punish them and they will either scale down and survive, or they will die.

That's my take on it. If I want something now now now, I go down to the store and buy it.

well its a lesson learned. I have never had problems with online ordering in the past and I have ordered many things for the many hobbies I have had.

I've ordered a couple of stuff from them, and just like everyone else it takes a while to get the parts. If you look at the fine print it states that the item will ship within 5 business days,so they wait till the last day to process the order! hehehe ebay dealers is always faster!
