So, I am wondering if I can just swap out the original air filter in my Rancher 350 for one like below?? If so, would any rejetting be necessary? Also, would I really notice any increase in power\response? Seems too easy????

You are going to be increasing your airflow so you will most likely have to add more fuel by rejetting.

is that particular model FI?? I know the 420s are if it is then jetting is not an option, it would have to be programmed.

I don't think any of the 350 or 400 Ranchers were FI. I think they started FI with the 420 Ranchers.
