Tonight I was using the TRX to shine some lights on yard work that I needed to finish after dark. Question, has anyone changed the light bulbs in the headlights to brighter LED bulbs? I know people do that in cars sometimes.

I personally haven't done it. I've never needed brighter lights.
But yes I have heard of people burning them out... I would go a safer route. Add a light bar with a fuse and switch. You are going to blind people on the trails with the LED bulbs.. lol

Thanks. Sounds like I should pass. I'll look at some light bars or something....

Dan, you can always choose halogen over those 25 watt > none halogen < oem bulbs, i couldnt find any higher wattage then 50 in this style bulb, so that's the bulb i updated to.

I added a rigid dually to my handle bars. It's way brighter than those cheap Chinese ones. My neighbor has 4 of these small ones on his jeep and my 1 rigid is about as bright as all 4. And it turns with the handlebars.

I'd pass on the stem perm mounted led pod, and go with something like this , this setup (like i have) it will clamp anywhere on the front rack or rear handle bar, plus a few other places.
