there is a fuel line that comes off the bottom of the carb on my wheeler that appears to be frayed off.
I cannot figure out where it's supposed to go.
I was told it's a return line so I looked around the fuel tank and can't figure it out.
Also cant find a schematic to show me.

Most likely a drain line off the float bowl, to drain fuel out for storage.

I agree it's the drain/overflow line. Not a big deal if it's missing.
