I have a 2006 350 Rancher and when I pour gas in the tank it pours out the
drain tub on the bottom of the carb. I check the drain screw and it is screwed all the way in and closed. the atv has been running fine it just started this all of a sudden. please help.

Welcome to the forums. If your drain screw is tight, then the float valve, in your carb, is sticking open. You need to remove the carb and give it a good cleaning.

i had the same problem, i have cleaned the carb about 10 times in the past 2 years. even replaced the needle. still poured out the bottom. finally i took the needle from the float and filed all 4 sides of it so it would go up and down like it should. it worked ! i have two 2006 400 trx, i have had to do with both quads. no more gas leaking out of the overflow. been fine for the past year.
