Your float valve is stuck open. Probably some debris under the float valve. You'll have to take the carb off and clean it good. Clean the float valve and valve seat, but I would clean the whole carb while I had it off, jets and all.

The tube that comes out of the bottom of the bowl is leaking fuel. Had this happen once before but it quit. '04 te350es. Anyone have any ideas?

I have also noticed that the drain screw on the side of the bowl if it's the slightest bit loose it will leak too check that also.

My money's on the float valve being stuck open, because he said it did it once before and quit.

If it's the float sticking, sometimes you can tap the carb bowl with something and jar it and it will quick leaking, but it's just a temporary fix if it works, but that would tell you that it is the float.

Yeah, sometimes they come back from the shop in worse condition than they went in.
