Just bought this 2000 Honda 350es and as soon as I turn the gas on, gas just flows from the overflow line. And does anyone also know where to get some new plastics at a reasonable price.

Typically, the overflow occurs when the float needle isn't seating/sealing. I've gotten lucky a time or two and was able to use the drain screw to purge the gas in the bowl and solve it. More often than not though you'll need to pull off the float and clean the needle and seat. If you have it that far you might as well disassemble and clean the the whole carb while you have it off the bike.

ya got 2 questions, so ya need 2 threads.
anyway; in repair and maintenance, there is a sticky; How to clean a carb. a good place to start. seems like ya you got a float problem., or a float needle not seating.
i forget where the plastics question goes. :wink

be careful cleaning the seat. on my 2000es 450 if ya mess up, that part of the carb, is shot. ps'' dont buy from china.

very common problem with the float needle seat being defective !, almost every early trx350 rancher I have ran across has leaked from a bad float needle not seating in the seat. worthless carbs for sure.

I think Time to rebuild the carb
If never been rebuilt thise seals will be brittle and cracked–same with the float needle.

So far as cleaning the seat, just use carb cleaner and a cotton swab–all you need to take the tarnish off the delicate brass float seat. Use the broken off pieces of the bamboo handle to scrape off bits of seal.

No scratches, no gouges
