I have a 2003 TRX350TE Fourtrax 350 ES.I have overhauled the carb, it runs great,But, fuel flows continuously from the tube with the check valve running from the bottom of the carb. I’m stuck. It’s driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated!

There is a flat tip screw right near where the tube attatches that us the bowl drain. If its tight then your float is sticking. Sometimes a tap of the bowl with a screw driver will clear it up. If not you either have a worn needle or seat. Or the float is sticking or has been penetrated by ethanol fuel.

The only thing I haven’t replaced is the valve seat. Float is not degraded /filled with gas. The float moves freely when I work it. The screw by the out let drain tube is tight. The valve is new. The old valve looked fine but I replaced it anyway. It’s a simple overhaul and naturally the sticking float would be the culprit. I’m stuck now.

you can't replace the float needle seat on that model, its pressed in. only way to fix your leaking carb ?, is buy a new oem carb. DO NOT BUY A CHEAP CHINA KNOCK-OFF FROM EBAY OR AMAZON !.

i agree with above.. i found a mineral buildup where the float needle seats, with a magnifying glass[thank you ethanol], an used a drill bit very, very, lightly, by fingers to remove it. i got lucky. if the seat is shot, there aint much you can do about it, except go oem, new carb.. the right wire brush, or such might help...
