When my handlebars are straight my one wheel points kinda crooked how do you adjust alignment/ toe in/ camber on a 87 TRX 250?

You probably don't have camber adjustment on stock a arms. but for the toe you adjust the tie rods.

What model? Is this the sport model or the one with racks?

rack in back nothing in front everything is taken off in front

Roger thats the one just I have no plastic on my front at all

Because I use my 4wheeler for our militia and its got welded up cage for place for gun mounts, ammo cans, water cans, storage etc and the front plastic os gone minus a steel push bar and steel plate back fenders still all there and its painted OD green

Now if I can just get its problems fixed (no front brakes not sure why) the alignment/ toe in/ and its tires it will be all good

Go toe in 1/8" on each side.
