I believe you can ground the wire that goes to the neutral light sensor and it will work, but yes, the neutral light will stay on all the time. There might be another way, but I don't know what it would be.
The reverse light should still work. The neutral light sensor or switch is located at the bottom, right side of the engine, behind the foot peg. It is covered by a thin metal plate with one 8mm bolt holding it on. The picture below shows, both the neutral and reverse switch, without the metal plate covering them.Would you happen to know where the nuetral light sensor is?I don't mind the light being on all the time, but does the reverse light come on anymore?
