My front hydraulics need to be pumped a few times before they do anything. I have a new master on it. Is it just air in the line?

Yes, most likely. They are a pita to bleed completely.

They can be easy to bleed too!

You are working on an old Trx350 correct? First thing ya do is crank all four brake adjusters out tight. Jack up all four wheels and block the bike up safely, cause you'll need to grab the rear wheels to turn the fronts.

Then follow the bleeding instructions HERE.

When you are done back out each adjuster 3 clicks.

like retro suggested often times you just need to adjust the brakes in the drums, that may take care of it.

just went through this a few months back on a friends 87 trx 350.
