The more you bore it, the hotter it will run.

Agree ^^^^ but there is a noticable gain you can feel.

i wouldnt bore one out till i had to. if you're racing, then it might be necessary to get the extra umph. but this is only opinion. some folks gots to have that extra power you can gain by boring over. i would think the more you bore the less reliable the motor would be... but this is only my opinion.

mine rancher is bored .50 and i noticed a little power gain, but not much. it runs great, runs a normal temps, not hoot or anything. if i had to do it over again, i would bore it again. i find it reliable and over all it runs great

as helmut stated..the more you bore it..the thinner the cylinder is..which means..the hotter the cylinder will get.
