bored, new rings/piston break in

hi, i just go my 02 rancher es back. i had it bored and had new pistons/rings put in along with new valve seals. i was wondering, what is the best proper way to break the motor in? i know to take it easy, but what is the best way? thanks

some would say to break it in hard. let it go thru a warm up cycle, let it cool, then break er in hard.
