.08 is 2mm so you will notice a power gain for sure, unless everything else is stock (exhaust, air filter, jetting) in wich you probably wont be able to tell

Agree ^^^ .020 is about .5 over stock by the way.

Go with the smallest overbore that you can. The purpose of boring is to restore compression. Engines need boring from time to time. If you bore your cylinder all the way out, you will not have any bores left when it comes time to need another bore or if you have some type of engine failure. I dont really notice much power gains from a full over bore compared to a fresh smaller bore. Having your cylinder ported would produce more noticeable power if thats what you are after. This depends some though on the type of bike we are talking about.
