I have a 1997 Honda trx200d. One of the bolts that comes out of intake is trashed. It is one of the two bolts that the carburetor slides onto to be secured to intake. I need to replace it but I don't know what it's called or where to order one. It's threaded on both ends but not in the middle. I know it's metric. Any ideas would be appreciated.

it shows the studs here ---> https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/honda/atv/1997/trx200d-a-fourtrax-200-type-ii/cylinder-head . but they list them wrong in the list, I believe you need number # 14 for the studs, as on the list they are calling it studs, but the pic shows them as acorn nuts. the pic shows them for the intake boot as number # 11 , but list says something different..hmmmm..lol. I know they will be 6mm for sure. if it were me ?, I would drill the busted one out, just insert new bolts threading inwards instead.

This is the carb boot right? Take it off to repair it. I would soak it down with Deep Creep for a week and grab it with vice grips.

Must stuff a clean rag or plug in the intake to prevent trash from dropping into it.

Worst case you could take it to a machine shop or buy one from a junkyard seller
