Glad this has been mentioned again, does anybody have a source for new 300 cam gears? I’d upgrade to the 350 but already have a new 300 DID chain.
I can’t find anything in UK

You're very welcome Jeep! I ain't done buying those HA0-010... I'll be stashing & redistributing them as I find them, so if you ever need another holler! You're on deck fishfiles...

You are hilarious fishfiles! LMAO
Save a bunch of that good humor for your red 300 teardown, don't waste all those smiles on us spooky critters. :)

@LBZ_Duramax, I like the original 14321-HA0-010 350 sprocket almost as much as I like the 14321-428-000 79-83 500R sprocket. The HA0 is meaty and tough, you can't go wrong using it.

But the 428 I have is machined .010" wider out on the very ends of the sprocket teeth (less material machined off for the teeth chamfers) and is identical in every other way to the HA0, so I've adopted it. In my opinion it should outlast the HA0 by several hundred miles if all else can be considered equal. Only time will tell...

Is the 428 more widely available? I haven’t checked, I just remember you compared them in depth a while back.

The 428 is probably as hard (or worse) to find new at a reasonable price as the HA0 is nowadays. I'm going to continue to buy both part numbers, but only when found at a fair (or cheap!) price.

Heads up: NOS 88-2000 TRX300/300FW cam sprockets are currently drying up fast too! I made some phone calls this afternoon and found ONE remaining for $18 that I put on my card, but thats all there was out there... next best deal I found today was from Rocky Mtn for nearly $40 shipped! I don't expect those to remain in stock for long either since Partzilla shows nadda...
