What the best sprocket set up for my 400ex i have oem front 15t and rear 38t but i also have a extra front sprocket of 14t and was thinking of running that in the front so it would be 14t in front and 38t rear what do u guys recommend for dunes?

Sand tends to rob some torque. But top speed generally isnt an issue. The 14 tooth in front will give you some torque back but your top speed is gunna drop off quicker. Gearing is a give and take. You cant gain both with gearing changes. I run a 13/38 for mx racing. But my top speed is right around 40 to 45 mph. Stock gearing will get you doing around 60 65 usually.
