Batt just went out on my 700 Griz and at this point I'm not familiar enough with batt brands to get what I'm after. Any suggestion for a specific batt or batt brand that's decent but not high priced?

Also, couple years ago I remember seeing a warmer blanket or pad made for small 4 wheeler sized batts, but I lost track of who was selling it. Anyone know where I could find something like this?

I always buy the Yuasa batts, but I’m sure there’s comparable units

I use a battery tender

I’ve not yet considered—or seen— a battery blanket or engine heater for a quad. They might make em just don’t know about them

they sell magnetic oil pan/block heaters you simply stick on metal and plug em in
question for you is, HOW Old was the battery that just went bad?
as modern atv's draw power when there NOT being used, so if your atv sit's often, ANY brand battery will go bad on you in short order if NOT on a tender to kepe up with the draw!

next, MOST modern battery;s are good in most all temps
as long as you ruin the atv every so often enough to CHARGE things, most battery will do fine in cold temps
MY atv(older model, less drain when parked) would sit in a 3 sided building for weeks at a time, in temps from minus 20 to 100, and I averaged about 5 yrs out of a stock battery!
it never failed to start the atv in any temp

so, I don;t think a battery blanket is needed , unless your in some extreme low temps for a long time and often
a battery tender is maybe a battery thing to hook up for most

all the more so if you have a heated battery blanket on, they will flock to the warmth it will make for them, and then chew away to pass time LOL

Oh ya! I leave mine hooked all winter..... A tender isn't a charger .... It's a trickle maintainer .... Very low voltage output. You'll be fine.... Using one all season long :)
