Finally got time to put new extended swingarm on last week and got alittle time off work to test it out. Quad started fine....ran and rode for about 3 min. then she died. Would fire...idle...then die when i gave it gas. Let it sit for a few...ran...pulled off a few feet then died. Any ideas?

Sounds like the carb. is gummed up, needs a good cleaning and maybe a fresh plug they tend to get fouled out trying to run bad gas.

yup..bad gas in carb..carb needs removed..and a good cleaning..or over hauling.

Was having same problems, and pulled my tank to clean it and the carb. The petcock - on/off/reserve valve and screen was majorly gummed up, so was the carb. Cleaned up and runs great. I couldnt seem to get all the crud out of the tank with just carb cleaner, so I water blasted it and let it fully dry.
