I'd love to see some boxes some of you have mounted on the back rack. ESPECIALLY custom boxes, or boxes not necessarily purpose built for the rig. I used to have a nice red and black craftsman box screwed to my back rack. It has long been destroyed though. I want to get something else back there, but I think I want something larger. Plus, I like seeing cool and creative solutions :). Purpose built things are often awfully expensive. Nice and probably worth it, but expensive nonetheless.

Few different setups on my Renegade and the box on my Rubicant. I've always used waterproof toolboxes, they are around $50-75 cad way better than the several hundred for purpose built ones. I think next I'm going to try a soft bag though, or maybe a Can-am Linq box on the rene....

I have two winches, one front and one rear. I would keep some tree saver straps in mine, a snatch block, some fix a flat and a plug kit, a 12 volt air compressor, a small ratchet set, a couple screwdrivers, an adjustable, a monkey wrench, a tow strap, and probably some beverages and snacks if it's an all day affair. I'd also probably wire a 12 volt plug into the box.

I use one of those cheap translucent plastic storage boxes that you see in department stores, I only keep recovery gear in mine so being waterproof doesn't matter. I keep my phone and other important items in a dry bag inside said box.

I have three Pelican cases mounted on mine. Unconventional mounting requires no drilling of holes in the interior of the cases.

I was perusing the atv aisle in Wally world today, and they actually have a few rack bags or saddle bags that seem to be good deals. I liked my old Craftsman toolbox just because it matched so well, but these bags look nice, and incorporate a cup holder.
