Just about the time I have made a decision between Turner of Gorilla axles Rhino brand comes into play (Sold by Super ATV) The Rhinos have the same warranty as the Gorilla and Turner. Has anybody tried or know anybody who has tried Rhinos? The Rhinos are $ 199 each. Thats alot of savings vs the other 2 brands. I cannot find anything negative online about them. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

Never really seen any of these on a honda but a bunch of people run rhinos on their grizzly/polaris around here and the only major issue with them is their boots are supposed to be really easy to tear. Personally I would stick to stock axles, have heard honda diffs are fairly weak and if you upgrade the axles you start stripping gears in the front end. If you are dead set on getting aftermarket look into cobra axles, not sure if they have a website but they are definitely on facebook. Supposed to be at least as good as Gorillas but more in the price range of the rhinos.

Rhinos are good for stock height vehicles but really cannot hold up to any kind of lift. That's where Gorillas come into play.
Personally I would stick with stock axles. The outers are $50-75 on eBay. And then you save your diffs. I have never heard of a Honda breaking an axle bar. Get a couple more stock axles and keep in the truck.

I haven't really seen many broken axles on hondas period. If you are breaking them that often and you upgrade I would bet on a busted front diff if you put in stronger axles. Most broken axles are caused by too much tire plus too much throttle. Friend of mine played for years with his 420 on 28 Mudzillas and never broke anything but there is a limit to how far you can push before something is going to give out.

I have ran EDLs and 28" Outlaws and never broke anything on my Foreman. Are you sure that somehow your boots ain't being pinched and busted?

I will stand by my statement on running stock axles. They are the sheer pins of your drive line. Price out a front diff.

Ever seen these? You may have to contact them and see if they have or if they can make your axles?

That particular axle is for a 900 rzr. Hondas are not going to be breaking the shaft so its kinda unnecessary to have that much axle on one, the guys who run polaris and can am and put in beefed up axles routinely break diffs to go with them.

Yeah wasn't meaning to be rude, sorry if I came off that way, I really would just hate to see someone put on a big axle and then break something a lot more expensive. I understand that with everything I have done to mine parts will wear faster but the diffs won't be exploding.

No you're weren't rude bro. Personally I wouldn't do all of the big tires, jacked up ect ect
But for the record those axles are just a better design the boots are replaced with poly covers and have grease Zerks. Also have 28° of angle travel on the inner joint.

Yeah the cobras I was talking about actually use cv boots off of cars instead of quads. Supposed to last longer. However on a 420 with a 2" lift you shouldn't need any extreme angle axles. With a 2" on mine I don't feel like any of my axles are in a bind, front or rear.
