ATV won't move, don't think it's going into gear.

So I have a 1998 Honda Recon fourtrax and it will not move, but it runs, everything I've seen is people saying that it could be the clutch gear adjustment, is this right? If so, how would you adjust the clutch gears since I don't have a clutch adjuster?
