About the only restriction in MS is that you are not allowed to use them on public roads.....although they drive up and down the raod in front of my house and in Crenshaw MS or Enid MS.....they are everywhere.
I have seen county law enforcement drive right by someone on an atv. It really depends on how you act on one I guess.
