I have a 2010 Honda rancher 420 es. I have 29" tires and a snorkel on it. I can tell that it is lagging some. What is the best option to do.

sell it and buy a atv with enough HP to turn tires that large and heavy!
your playing with about 28 hp there, adding larger tires robs power
you can do a Gear reduction to get back some of the power but will loose top end speed
big tires need atv's with larger HP motors than what honda's have
sorry not what you want to hear but honest info!
costs to MAKE it work, can be spend towards a larger HP atv!

Biggest tires I would go with is a 27",especially with your quad being an es, a fs is a different story....

Gear reduction or do what mrbb said; sell it and get a Can Am.
