This is the manual for getting unstuck...how to properly use a winch, snatch blocks etc in a fashion to gain mechanical advantage whether you have a come-along or a heavy duty winch.....a few weeks ago others on another board were complaining about the high cost of this manual if you could find it at all. I ran across it today at a site that has a lot of old gov't documents archived....thought some might like to have it for free.
