I don't know how they act with a front brake drum to disk mod, more than likely what your feeling is the clutch pack inside the front pumpkin slipping >while your 300 wheels are. Off the ground< as you have the front brakes aplyed while turning the handle bars, mine does the exact same, i don't think you'll notice this as much while riding, your right 424 will not change this, all it does is disconnect the front pumpkin from the transfer case, the front end just free wheels, but a 424 wheel make her steer super sweet!
