Anyone else getting Amazon’s win $1000 pop up?

Just thought I would ask, because it’s getting annoying. Almost every time I try to get on this forum, sometimes even if I sign in, this Amazon win $1,000 contest pops up and can’t back up and I have to close the window and start over. It doesn’t happen on any other site. Just thought I would ask.

I use an iPad to see this site.

Nope not happening to me. I would shoot goose a message and see if he can do anything about it? Im using an andriod samasung note 8 so maybe its a MAC thing?

Yes , this weekend it was happening on my I-pad that I use outside , I had won the ATV of the Month contest and they sent me a Amazon gift card and I thought it was something to do with it , I never could get it to stop so just quick viewing this site outside

Yes it has happened to others over on Grizzlycentral.com, which has the same site owners. @VS_Goose might be around here soon and can point you to possible solution. Though at very minimum you should clear all your history, cache, cookies, ice cream, etc.

Yes, but only when using my iPhone or iPad, and do not recall on my laptop....hummm

I only frequent the forums when I'm on my PC at work, and I've never had this popup.

I've never been on the "mobile" version of the site through my phone so I can't say anything about that.

I use a laptop and I don't have any ads because I know some people that installed software that gets rid of those pesky ads on websites.

Yes it happens here and other sites. It’s part of googles ad rotations called adsense. They put takeover scripts in the ads. Idk if google has any policies about that because there are many ads that have scripts embedded.

I downloaded a pop-up blocking app called 1Blocker and so far it looks like it’s working.
