OK, since I cleaned my carb on the 98 recon, (of course in my haste, I forgot to see how many turns the air fuel mix screw was set at and the idle screw also) so I am reaching out for a basic starting point. I've gotten it to run OK but want to start over. I plan to change the oil filter and plug first. Any input would help thanks in advance Kurt

I don't know the settings ?, but perhaps you should down load the service manual from our site here, it should help you a lot .
