I have a 99 400ex i can charge the brand new battery and ride forever sometimes day after day and it starts fine. Then all the sudden dead battery. I know about the stators and rectifiers but before tearing into it had a question. My neutral wire broke off the bottom of the engine as well as my 15 amp fuses have to be messed with allot due to bad contact. Will either of these effect the charging system? Thx for all help in advance sucks being the guy having to bump start all the time. And battery wise this is battery #2 tried that route first.
