ok ive tore it down cleaned it up ..organised all my gears and placed fresh crank bearings , lined up my balance shaft but noticed when i put the halves together there is free space between the crank bearings and center of the crank ...

the OEM diagrams do not show any washers or shims to eliminate the slop so to speak .. my concern is the bearing opposite of the clutch side may be allowed to ride inward and not stay set in the case firmly..
