Pulled motor on my recon to change the top end gaskets and retap one of the 6 mm bolt into the crank. After putting it all back together. I have air, fuel, and spark but it will not attempt to start or anything just spins over and over. Any advice would be great. Did not split the crankcase apart.

Will it hit on a shot of starter fluid?

No it will not. I have the exhaust pulled off right now and you can see the mist of gas or starter fluid exiting the motor.

I'd start with testing the compression.
Doesn't sound like you did anything to alter the timing?
