my 99 runs 25x11-9 on the rear and having trouble finding any could I put 25x12-9 on it without problems?

Yeah, it would be just a little wider, but not much. It wouldn't hurt anything.

was looking at the dunlop quad max I have some goodyear rawhides on it right now

as long as your off set is ok..and they don't rub your fenders..you should be ok.
