It would be best if you could find one of those Jagg oil cooler adapters. It replaces the cover over your oil filter and has the fittings for the oil lines. You could cut the external oil line that runs to the head cover and hook the lines to the oil cooler, but it would just send the cooler oil to the cam and rocker arms. If you get the Jagg oil cooler adapter, it will return the cooler oil to the filter area where it will be sent throughout the entire engine, not just to the cam and rocker arms.

You can also modify your existing oil filter cover plate to do the same as the Jagg unit if you can’t locate one. Just be careful how you do it cause if you F-it up it’ll lock your motor up tighter than a gnats a$$….
